This statistics is kind of bogus. For example, all people with WP7 in my country (Bulgaria) are setting their LiveID to USA, because otherwise no Market for them. And I know at least 100…

First, the numbers are in percentage and second it is not for all apps in Marketplace – they have clearly stated that “based on WP7 Application using mtiks analytics”
